Rachel Allen is our National Contracts Manager at The Advanced Group, a role she has excelled in since joining Advanced Cleaning in 2014. With extensive hands-on experience in operations management, Rachel has been deeply involved in overseeing operational matters such as staff training, inductions, and ongoing employee management. Her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional administrative skills underpin the smooth running of our national contracts portfolio.
Rachel manages a team of nine regional managers while coordinating critical access arrangements, scheduling periodic services, and leading the rollout of specialised cleaning initiatives like the national “Strip and Seal” program. Her expertise in compliance and governance, coupled with a humble yet highly productive approach, sets her apart as a cornerstone of our national operations.
Known for balancing operational rigor with strong relationship management, Rachel ensures that contract delivery meets exacting Key Performance Indicators and client expectations. Her skill at navigating complex logistical and administrative challenges enables frontline staff and regional managers to focus on service quality and client engagement rather than administrative roadblocks.
