With over 45 years of senior management experience across large international organizations and a strategic military background, Ian brings exceptional operational expertise and disciplined leadership. His keen focus on customer satisfaction and service  drives his commitment to the sustained success and growth of The Advanced Group and its divisions.

As an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Ian is passionate about fostering strong ties with the communities within which we work. He holds formal qualifications in Personnel Management, which complement his extensive practical experience managing teams and scaling operations efficiently.
