Mitch Bruger joined The Advanced Group in 2004, spearheading the launch of our Temporary Fencing division. Since then, he has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint with the addition of the Environmental Services Division, Advanced Landscaping, and more recently, Advanced Event Services. Mitch’s natural strength in business development is evident in the successful growth of these new business units.

With over 40 years of experience in sales management and business development, combined with a mechanical engineering background, Mitch brings an entrepreneurial spirit to the team. Innovations like the IF plough and our Temporary Koala Fence system are a direct result of his drive and creativity. Mitch’s leadership continues to evolve alongside the company and its clients’ needs.

He holds professional memberships with the Housing Industry Association (HIA), Master Builders Association, Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) in Queensland and Victoria. Beyond his formal roles, Mitch is an avid networker dedicated to creating value for everyone he connects with.
